Ginger Cheese
My recipe published in Southern Living



1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbs. half and half
3 tbs. chopped crystallized ginger
2 tbs. almond slices, toasted
Commercial gingersnaps

Combine cream cheese and half and half.
Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in ginger;
chill 8 hours.
Sprinkle with almonds,
and serve with gingersnaps.
Yield: 1cup
