Ginger Salad Dressing


1 c. vegetable oil
2 1/2 tbs. peeled and minced fresh ginger root
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 rib celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/4 c. lightly toasted sesame seeds
1/8 tsp. freshly ground white pepper
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. ketchup
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. white vinegar

In a blender, combine oil, ginger root, onion, celery, sugar,
sesame seeds, pepper, celery salt and ketchup. Add soy sauce and vinegar and blend for 30 seconds,
or until mixture is smooth. Makes 2 cups.
