Ginger Dressing #2


1/2 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise or
cooked salad dressing
1 tbs. chopped preserved ginger in syrup
1 tbs. syrup from ginger

In small bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff.
Fold in mayonnaise, chopped ginger
and ginger syrup.
Refrigerate until serving time.
Makes 1 1/3 c.
