Glazed Cheesecake Puffs


16 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
20 Vanilla Wafers
22 oz. canned pie filling (cherry or blueberry)

Preheat oven to 375F.
Cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat until smooth. Line muffin tins with aluminum foil liners
and put one vanilla wafer into each.
Fill 3/4 full with mixture and bake 10-15 min.
Cool, then cover with pie fillling. CHILL.
