1 lb. small white boiling onions
4 tbs. butter
1 1/2 tbs. honey
salt
Cook the onions in boiling water
for 5 min. to loosen the skin.
Drain well
When they are cool enough to handle,
trim the root end and peel.
Melt the butter with the honey
in a large skillet. Add the onions
and cook over medium heat
until they are glazed and lightly browned,
about 10 min. Add salt to taste
and serve hot.
Makes 4 servings.
