Gnocchi Grits

1 c. grits
4 c. boiling water
1 tsp salt
1 stick butter
1 roll garlic cheese
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
Stir grits into boiling water. Cook 2 1/2 min.
Add butter and cheese. Cook until melted,
then beat well with electric mixer.
Beat eggs in measuring cup with fork.
Add enough milk to make one cup.
Add to grits mixture and pour into
buttered baking dish. Bake 45 min. at 350F.
