1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 eggs, divided
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 c. conf. sugar
Preheat oven to 325F.
Lightly grease a 9x13" pan.
In a medium bowl, blend cake mix,
butter and 1 egg.
Press into bottom of prepared pan.
Clean bowl and beat cream cheese,
sugar and remaining eggs until smooth.
Pour over layer cake. Bake in
preheated oven until set, about 45 min.
Cool in pan before cutting into squares.
Makes 24 squares.
