1 1/2 c. sugar
2 rounded tablespoons flour
pinch salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbs. vanilla
1 1/4 c. milk
unbaked 9" pastry
crust
cinnamon
Mix sugar, flour and salt.
Mix eggs, vanilla and milk thoroughly.
(Mixture will be runny). Pour into pastry crust.
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon and
bake at 375F for 10 min. Turn heat down to 325F
and bake an additional 30 min.
