Green Beans with Pimento


3 (9 oz) pkg. frozen whole green beans
12 bacon slices, fried
1 (2 oz) jar, pimentos, cut up
1/2 c. crumbled, canned french-fried onion rings
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook green beans as label directs; drain.
Crumble bacon and toss with beans,
pimentos, onions and seasoned salt.
Pour into serving dish; spoon sour cream in center.
10-12 servings.

Oven-style: Place drained, cooked green beans
in 1 1/2 qt. casserole and mix with bacon,
pimentos, onions and seasoned salt.
Spoon sour cream into center and
bake 325F along with meat for 10-15 min.
(Sour cream 'sets up' during baking).
