Green Beans with Tomatoes


2 tbs. olive oil
2 tbs. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
4 med. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 (9 oz) pkg. frozen French-style green beans,
cooked and drained
2 tbs. chopped parsley

In medium skillet over medium heat, in hot olive oil,
cook onion and garlic until tender, about 5 min.
Add tomatoes and salt and simmer, covered, 10 min.
Add green beans; cook until heated through.
Sprinkle with parsley. 6 servings.
