3 tbs. hot salad oil
3/4 c. chopped green onions
4 1/2 c. cold cooked rice
3 tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
About 20 min. before serving: In large skillet over med.-high heat,
in oil, cook onions till tender. Add rice, cheese and salt;
cook until rice is heated, stirring constantly. Makes 6.
