Green Tomato Chili Sauce


18 large green tomatoes, peeled
4 large green peppers
1 large red sweet pepper
5 large onions
1 tsp. celery seed
3 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. vinegar
2 1/2 tbs. salt
Cut up vegetables, mix all ingredients
together and cook until thick.
Put into hot, sterile jars and seal.
Process in water bath 10 min.
Yield: 5-6 pints
