Hawaiian Sweet Bread


1 c. warm water
5 tbs. white sugar
3 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbs. powdered milk
2 tbs. instant potato flakes
3 tsp. yeast
1/4 tsp. EACH: vanilla extract, lemon extract
2 eggs
4 tbs. butter or margarine

Measure ingredients into the bread machine in the
order suggested by the machine's manufacturer.
Set machine for dough.

Place dough in a 9x5" loaf pan.
Bake in a preheated 350F oven for about 30 minutes.
Crust should be golden and bread
should sound hollow when thumped.
This recipe yields a 2 pound loaf.
