(29-oz) can crushed pineapple,
undrained
1 (10 oz) pkg. flaked coconut
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
2 tsp. EACH: salt, baking soda
Preheat oven to 325°.
Grease and flour two 5x9" loaf pans; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine pineapple, coconut, eggs, sugar, flour,
salt and baking soda. Mix well.
Pour into prepared pans and bake 1 hour.
2 loaves.
