Herbed Tomato Salad


6 med. tomatoes
2 tbs. salad oil
1 tsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Slice tomatoes and arrange in serving dish in overlapping slices.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over tomatoes.
Cover and refrigerate until serving time; garnish with parsley.
