Homemade Mushroom Sauce


In small saucepan, combine 1 can (3 oz) sliced
mushrooms and their broth, 1/2 c. water,
dash Tobasco, 1/4 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet,
2 tsp. cornstarch,, 1 tsp. sherry. Mix well.
Cook and stir until sauce thickens and
starts to boil. Salt to taste.
