Honey Bun Coffeecake


1 box yellow cake mix
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
1 container(8 oz.) fat free sour cream
1 c. packed dark brown sugar
1/3 c.(or more if desired) chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
Powdered sugar glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
skim milk

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13x9" pan.
Beat together cake mix, eggs, oil,
and sour cream mixing well.
Pour 1/2 of the batter into pan and
spread to cover bottom of pan.
Mix together the cinnamon, brown sugar and
chopped nuts in small bowl.
Sprinkle it over batter in pan, completely covering the batter.
Carefully spread remaining batter over brown sugar mixture.
Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.

POWDERED SUGAR GLAZE:
Combine powdered sugar and vanilla or
almond extract in a bowl and add milk,
a tablespoon at a time, until of proper glaze consistency.
When cake is done, use a fork to poke holes
all over top of hot cake.
Pour or spread glaze over hot cake.
Let cool before cutting.
