Horseradish Sauce


2 tbs. grated horseradish
1 tbs. vinegar
1/4 tsp. EACH: salt, pepper
4 tbs. whipping cream, whipped until stiff

Mix horseradish with vinegar, or use
3 tbs. prepared horseradish sauce.
Add seasonings and stir in whipped cream.
Serve with roast beef or corned beef.
