1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (15-oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Brown ground beef in a Dutch oven,
stirring until it crumbles; drain.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and
simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally.
Serve over frankfurters in buns.
Yield: 8-10 servings.
