Hot Dog Sauce


1 1/2 Lb. meat
2 C. chopped onions
1 C. tomato juice
2 C. tomato catsup
1/2 Tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
salt

Cook the meat until the color changes.
Add onions and cook until tender.
Add tomato juice, catsup, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and salt to taste.
If the sauce is too thin, dissolve 2 tbs. cornstarch
in a little tomato juice and add to hot dog sauce.
