Hot Fudge Pudding


1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
3 tbs. cocoa, divided
1 tbs. butter, melted
1/4 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sifted brown sugar
7/8 c. boiling water

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and 1 tbs. cocoa; sift 3 times.
Combine butter, cream and vanilla; add flour mixture and blend lightly.
Add nuts. Pour into buttered 1-qt. casserole.
Combine brown sugar and 2 tbs. cocoa; sprinkle over batter.
Gentle pour boiling water over top. Bake at 350° for 30 min.
Serve hot. 6 servings.
