Irish Coffee

1 c. Irish whiskey 1/4 c. sugar
8 c. strong, hot coffee 1 c. whipped cream
For each serving, pour 2 tbs. whiskey and
1-2 tsp. sugar into warmed (with hot water)
Irish-coffee goblet, or coffee cup.
Add hot coffee to within a half inch of glass
or cup rim. Stir. Top with whipped cream.
