Italian Salad


4 fresh tomatoes, cut in bite size pieces
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 c. red Italian onion, sliced in rings
3 good pinches fresh basil
2 good pinches minced oregano

Put all in salad bowl, lavish with salt and chill for 1 hour.
Then add 3/4 c. olive oil. Toss lightly and let stand 15 min.
Dunk hunks of bread in juices.
