Jean's Pimento Cheese Spread


3 c. coarsely grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tbs. finely grated onion
1/3 c. minced pimento
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. spicy brown mustard
1 tbs. milk

In a bowl, mix cheese, onion, pimento, mayonnaise,
mustard and milk, then beat with a fork until creamy.
Cover and let ripen overnight in refrigerator.
Makes 1 ¾ c.
