Jill's Easy Parisian Chicken

6 boneless chicken breasts 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can mushrooms (reserve liquid) 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup cooking sherry Parmesan cheese Paprika Salt and pepper Rice Salt and pepper chicken and place in baking dish. Combine soups, sour cream, and sherry for sauce. Thin with mushroom liquid. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika. Bake at 350* for 1 hr. Serve with rice. |
