Crust:
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. melted butter
Press into bottom of 8" or 9" springform pan.
Bake at 325F for 5 minutes and cool.
Filling:
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 eggs
1/4 c. strong coffee
1/4 c. Kahlua
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Add sugar and eggs to cream cheese.
Beat in coffee, Kahlua and vanilla, pour in crust.
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
Topping:
1 c. sour cream
2 tbs. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. Kahlua
Combine & spread over top of cake.
Bake at 425 for 5-7 minutes.
Let cool to room temp.
Chill 8 hours or overnight.
