Key Lime Cake


1 (18.25-oz) pkg. lemon supreme cake mix
1 (3.4 oz) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 Key lime juice
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. Key lime juice

Combine first 6 ingredients; beat 2 min. at med. speed with
an electric mixer. Pour batter into a greased and floured 13x9x2" pan.
Bake at 350F for 35 min. or until a wooden pick inserted in center
comes out clean. Let cake cool in pan on a wire rack.

Combine powdered sugar and 1/4 c. Key lime juice;
drizzle over cake. Cut into squares.
Yield: 15 to 18 servings.
