Key Lime Pie


1 9-inch prepared NABISCO honey graham cracker crust
1 3/4 cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
(NOT evaporated milk)
1/2 cup sour cream
6 oz. Key Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Lime Zest

Whip all ingredients together and pour into pie shell.
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for approximately 5 minutes
or until tiny pinhole bubbles burst on the surface.
DO NOT BROWN!
Chill and serve with a slice of lime and freshly whipped cream.
8 slices.
