Lemon Chicken

4 chicken breasts
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
egg
1/2 c. Parmesan
2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. lemon juice
Flatten chicken.
Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Dredge in flour. Dredge in egg.
Roll in cheese and bread crumb mixture.
Place in oil. Cook in frying pan.
Drain. Save drippings.
Add lemon juice and cook.
Pour on top of chicken.
