Lemon Sponge Pudding


3 eggs,seperated
1-1/2 lemons,rind & juice
2 tbs.flour
1 c.white sugar
1 c.milk
pinch of salt

Add rind & juice to egg yolks, add flour & sugar slowly.
Beat egg whites stiff & fold into the mixture.
Pour into a greased casserole set in a pan of water
& bake 45 minutes at 325° or until set. Serves 6.
