Linda's Favorite Chicken


4-6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 (16 oz) carton sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 c. grated cheese

Combine flour and salt then flour chicken.
Melt butter in 9x13" or smaller baking dish.
Place floured chicken in pan.
Bake 1/2 hour.
Combine sour cream and soup (and set aside).
After 1/2 hour, turn chicken
and bake 1/2 hour more.
Then top with sour cream mixture.
Bake another 15 min.
Then top with grated cheese.
Bake 10 min. longer (until cheese is melted).
Serve over very fine cooked noodles.
This is rich and delicious.
