Lobster in Patty Shells

1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen patty shells
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. EACH: onion, all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 tbs. sherry (optional)
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 (4 oz) pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded
3 c. cubed, cooked
lobster meat (2 lb. lobster tails)
About 30 min. before serving:
Bake patty shells as label directs.
Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat,
in melted butter, cook celery and onion
10 min. or until tender. Over low heat,
blend flour and salt; gradually stir in milk,
sherry and lemon juice; stir until well blended.
Stir in cheese and lobster and heat;
covered over low heat 15 min.
Serve mixture in patty shells.
Makes 6 servings.
