Louisburg Cafe Bread Pudding


6 eggs, beaten
6 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
10-12 c. broken bread or rolls or doughnuts

Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl.
Blend in pieces of bread, rolls or doughnuts.
Pour mixture into a 13x9x2" baking pan.
Bake at 350F for 45 min. or until set.
Yield: 24 servings.
