Macaroni and Cheese for Two


1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. milk
1 c. (4 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 tbs. chopped onion, optional
paprika

In a bowl, combine the sour cream and milk.
Stir in the cheese, macaroni and onion if desired.
Transfer to a greased 2 1/2 c. baking dish;
sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake at 325F for 25 min.
or until heated through.
Yield: 2 servings.
