Slaw: 2 1/2 c. EACH: shredded red cabbage, shredded white cabbage 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped 1/2 c. shredded carrots 1 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 small red onion, diced 2 c. chopped mango, drained 1 c. fine-chopped ham OR cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp, optional
