3-4 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, cut into rings
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. celery seed
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
In a large bowl, combine cucumbers and onions;
set aside. In a small bowl, combine vinegar,
vegetable oil, celery seed, sugar, salt and pepper.
Mix well and pour over vegetables; toss lightly.
Cover and chill 8-10 hours. Drain and serve.
Makes 4-6 servings.
