8-10 medium potatoes
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
carton (1/2 pt) sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Cook potatoes, salt and pepper and mash.
Mix with cream cheese and sour cream.
Put in greased casserole.
Leave at room temperature.
Place in 350F oven for 20-30 min before serving.
