Mocha Ice Cream


3 cans (13 oz) condensed milk
1 1/2 pints heavy cream (3 cups)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
5 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tbs. instant coffee
1 c. boiling water

Make a syrup out of the cocoa,
instant coffee and boiling water.
Let it cool, then add it to
all of the other ingredients.
Freeze in an ice cream freezer.
Makes 2 quarts.
