Molasses Cookies


1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. molasses
3 eggs
1 tbs. EACH: ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg
1 tsp. soda dissolved in 3 tbsp.
1/2 Tsp. salt
enough flour to roll out

Mix together and roll out. Do not roll out too thin.
Sprinkle sugar on before baking them. Bake at 350F.
