1 oz. (2 tbs.) vodka
1/4 c. light cream or milk
1 egg white
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 tbs. lime juice
2 tsp. superfine sugar
1/4 tsp. orange extract
Club soda
Shake vodka, cream or milk, egg white,
lemon and lime juices, sugar and
orange extract well with ice cubes.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Fill glass with club soda.
