Mustard-Honey Grilled Onions

5 large (8-10 oz) Bermuda onions
1/4 c. EACH: apple cider, honey,
Dijon-style mustard
pepper to taste
Peel onions, trim off roots, cut into quarters.
In small mixing bowl, combine cider, honey
and mustard; brush liberally over onion quarters,
sprinkle onions with pepper; arrange around turkey
on oiled grill rack of covered gas or charcoal grill.
Set grill cover in place and cook onions,
brushing every 10 min. with mustard mixture,
until tender and beginning to char around edges,
about 20 min. Serves 10.
