Mushroom and Herb Filling

1 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 tbs. butter
1 tsp. EACH: thyme,
marjoram
2 tbs. chopped parsley
3 tbs. heavy cream
Slice mushrooms thinly;
heat butter in skillet;
add mushrooms and herbs;
cook over medium heat until
excess liquid from mushrooms
has cooked away;
add heavy cream and heat through.
Salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
