Mustard Franks Parmesan

8-10 slices soft white bread
about 1/2 c. butter, melted
1 lb. frankfurters
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
prepared mustard
Flatten bread slices with rolling pin,
brush with some of the butter,
then spread with mustard.
Place a frankfurter on each bread slice and roll tightly.
Place seam side down on greased jelly-roll pan,
drizzle with remaining butter and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in preheated 450° oven 10-12 min.
or until crisp and browned.
