Nectarines Royale
My recipe featured in Southern Living



3 tbs. honey
2 tbs. Cointreau or other orange flavored liqueur
6 med. nectarines, unpeeled and sliced
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 tbs. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) carton vanilla yogurt

Combine honey and Cointreau;
pour over nectarines.
Chill.

Beat whipping cream until foamy;
gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
Stir yogurt with whisk until smooth;
fold into whipped cream.
Top each serving of nectarines with a dollop of yogurt mixture.
Yield: 8 servings.
