Never Fail Chocolate Frosting
4 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1 c. granulated sugar
1 egg, beaten
3 tbs. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbs. butter

In a saucepan, combine chocolate, sugar,
egg and milk; mix well.
Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat
until chocolate pulls away from sides of pan.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter;
stir until cool. Makes 1 1/2 c.
