1 c. EACH: flour, sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
4 tbs. butter
2 c. fruit (pineapple, peaches,
apples or berries)
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder,
and salt. Add milk; blend until smooth.
Melt butter in casserole dish.
Add flour mixture and top with fruit.
Bake at 375F for 40 min.
The batter will come to the top,
similar to an upside down pudding.
Best served when warm.
