2 1/2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
dash salt
1 lb. can cranberry sauce
2 tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tbs. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Add dash salt to mashed potatoes
and spoon into greased 4 c. casserole.
Combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, orange rind and
melted butter. Spread over sweet potatoes.
Top with chopped nuts.
A jigger of rum is optional.
Bake at 350°, 30 min. Serves 8.
