Oatmeal Bourbon Brad-ABM


1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. rolled oats
3 c. bread flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbs. nonfat, dry milk
2 tbs. bourbon whiskey
1 1/4 c. very warm water

Add ingredients in the order the manufacturer suggests.
Irish Cream can be used instead of bourbon.
