Oatmeal Muffins


1 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbs. baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 tbs. butter
1 c. rolled oats
1 beaten egg
1 c. milk

Preheat oven to 425F. Mix together flour,
sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in butter and rolled oats.
Stir in egg and milk.
Spoon into 12 lightly greased muffin tins.
Bake 15-20 min. or until puffed and golden.
Makes 12 muffins.
