Oatmeal Pancakes


2 cups Oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 1/2 cups Buttermilk
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 cup Flour
1/3 cup Cooking Oil
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
2 beaten eggs
1 teaspoon salt

Mix ingredients in the order they are listed.
Heat Griddle, Grease griddle and pour about
1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
When bubbles appear over top and top begins to look dry, turn.
Brown on second side.
If you are serving more than 2 people, double this batch.
